To get you fully prepared for this rewarding role, all new employees are required to complete a 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course. This course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in your new position.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Helping with meal preparation, nutrition, and feeding
- Supporting with medication management, including prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carrying out light housework like tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
- Being a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for the customers you care for

Requirements:
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Completion of the 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course (essential)
