To get you fully prepared for this rewarding role, all new employees are required to complete a 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course. This course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in your new position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
  •  Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs 
  •  Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming) 
  •  Helping with meal preparation, nutrition, and feeding 
  •  Supporting with medication management, including prescriptions and safe disposal 
  •  Carrying out light housework like tidying, laundry, and general cleaning 
  •  Being a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for the customers you care for

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential) 
  •  Completion of the 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course (essential)

  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships 
  •  Ability to follow and implement care plans
