Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Advisor pathway. This opportunity begins with a mandatory 10-day customer service training course, designed to prepare you with the essential skills required for the role.
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be invited to attend a formal interview for the Customer Service Advisor position.
Key Responsibilities (Post-Employment):
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Accurately record and update customer information
