We are now looking for an ambitious Apprentice Estate & Letting Agent to join our successful Sales & Lettings team across our Blackpool and Cleveleys offices.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estate agency, learn the full sales and lettings process, and develop into a fully trained negotiator.
What to expect as an Apprentice Estate & Letting Agent at Tiger Sales & Lettings:
- This is a structured training role where you will learn every aspect of estate agency from the ground up, with full support from an experienced team.
- You will be fully supported by a trained team who will guide you through every stage of your development
- You will learn how to deal with buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers throughout the full property journey
- You will be trained in conducting property viewings and learning how to present homes confidently and professionally
- You will support senior negotiators with sales progression, lettings enquiries, and daily pipeline activity
- You will learn how to generate new business through calling, canvassing, and lead follow-up (with full training provided)
- You will gain exposure to valuations, market appraisals, and listing properties for sale and rent
- You will develop skills in negotiation, offer handling, and progressing deals through to completion
- You will be trained to promote and sell additional services where appropriate, including financial services and premium marketing packages
Who is the ideal candidate for this apprenticeship?
- We are looking for someone with drive, personality, and a genuine desire to build a career in estate agency.
- Strong interest in property, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Confident communicator with a positive and professional attitude
- Highly motivated, with a competitive mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems training will be provided)
- No previous estate agency experience required — full training will be given
